Smart inputs are a way to translate a string into an applicable number, they are used in several places in Bybit Pro, from TPs, to SL and other distance inputs.
Delta based strings will add/subtract number to/from initial value.
Example for limit TP here, entry is at 56852, TP wil be placed at 57902

Percentage based strings will add/subtract percentage to/from initial value.
Example for limit TP here, entry is at 56852, TP wil be placed at 57910

Percentage based strings will add/subtract number calculated from ATR to/from initial value.

Absolute price is a classic input type where you can type a price manually.

Get low/high price from n candles back on specified timeframe
